Please include your name, address, original invoice number and receipt, email address, and daytime phone as well as your reason for returning. Please email us returns@allhealthtrends.com to get advance return approval.

We cannot (and do not) accept returns on items that have been opened, used or have their safety seals broken - with the exception of Threelac, Fivelac, and other items from Global Health Trax. Global Health Trax guarantees their products as long as they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase and you have not already returned one of their items. It is best to call us for approval at 866-724-1777.

Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of refund. Refunds will be credited to the card it was charged and or at our sent to you in the form of a compnay check. We strongly recommend that you ship the return to us by a safe, trackable shipping method such as UPS - we must receive your return in order to issue a refund.
