Unfortunately we do not have a printed catalog available.

I want to order that product they were talking about on the TV?

Do you ship outside the US? 

I am sorry we do not ship outside the US.

My order is $99.97 can I have free shipping? 

An order must have at least $100 of product (this does not include sales tax or shipping) to qualify for the free shipping, unless you have purchased one of our items that qualify for free shipping on entire order. Items that qualify your order for free shipping can be found here.

How long will it take for me to receive my item? 

Our website orders ship from Northern CA.  If the item is under 13 ozes it is typically shipped first class mail which can take from 5-7 days depending on your location.  If the item is over 13 ozes then it ships Priority mail which can take 2-3 days depending on your location.  All other items ship FedEx which takes 3-5 days depending on your location.

What do you recommend for my ailment? 

Unfortunately we do not have the appropriate staff to answer technical product questions.  We suggest you review the manufacturers web site for detailed information on their product.

My probiotics sat in my mailbox all day and it was very hot. Are they still good? 

ReNew Life probiotics are able to withstand short term temperature spikes. For example, the stability of two key strains (Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) was tested under high heat (up to 122°F) for 5 consecutive days with excellent stability even at 122°F.

Dr. Ohhira’s probiotics were tested and shown to be fine up to 140 °F and were able to withstand being frozen up to 7 days.

 

When will my item ship?

We make every attempt to ship all orders the same day as long as we receive the order before 2:00 pm PST.

Why didn’t I get my sample? 

There are several reasons why you may not get the sample you requested.

  1. A majority of Nutribiotic items are drop shipped from Nutribiotic. The samples are located in our warehouse, therefore if the only thing that you ordered is a Nutribiotic product then you will most likely not receive the samples.
  2. We may be out of the samples you requested. We will sometimes substitute samples if this is the case.
  3. If you requested more than 2 items your request will be ignored.

How long have you been in business? And where are you located? 

We have been in business since 2006 and are located in beautiful Lakeport CA on beautiful Clear Lake.

Can I change the shipping address of my order? 

Depending on the timing of your request it is possible to re-route a FedEx package to a different address for a charge of $10.00.  If the order hasn’t left our warehouse (which is typically the same day) then it is possible by contacting us at 866-724-1777866-724-1777..  If it has left our warehouse and sent via USPS unfortunately it cannot be re-routed.
