The NSC-24 Strong Bones Formula provides the primary minerals and vitamins essential for strong bones and bone structure (skeletal) health. Healthy bone tissue in peak condition is 65% hard minerals - primarily calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.  The remaining 35% is collagen, a soft protein that in concert with the minerals gives bones both strength and flexibility. Osteoclasts are large cells involved in bone resorption to reduce bone volume as part of the remodeling of bone in the body. Osteoclast cells emit enzymes against the bone’s minerals to help break down bone, releasing stored calcium into the body’s systemic circulation and regulating calcium balance. 

Healthy bones also promote production of adequate blood cells including the white immune cells (monocytes/macrophages, neutrophils, etc.), red blood cells and plasma (B Cells and antibodies).
