The healthy urinary tract is sterile, that is, free of bacteria. When bacteria from the digestive system grow in the urinary tract, irritation to the urinary tract and bladder can occur. Suggested Use:  For the first 3 days, take 1 capsule of Total Kidney Detox 1 in the morning with 8 oz. purified water and 1 capsule of Total Kidney Detox 2 with your evening meal and 8 oz. purified water. Increase to 2 capsules each for the remaining 11 days. Rest 2 weeks, repeat at full strength.
