  • Oat Flour is recognized for its dermatological support for skin health. Oats are high in protein, calcium, fiber, Vitamin E, and many other nutrients.
  • Flax Seeds are rich in ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), an omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids help support skin comfort.
