*US Ground

US Ground is our standard shipping method.

Packages 1 lb or less are shipped via USPS. Packages 1 lb and above are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS ground. Shipping & handling is just $4.95* per order within the 48 Contiguous United States only. Shipping is free for orders over $100.00 within the 48 Contiguous United States. To receive the FREE SHIPPING you must select the FREE SHIPPING option at checkout. THIS IS FOR THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. Our flat rate and Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and territories of the U.S. including military addresses. They are handled separately due to the additional expense of shipping to these regions. Please email us for a rate quote: sales@allhealthtrends.com. If your items can fit into a flat rate USPS box, then the charge is a flat $10.70 or $14.50 whichever box it fits in.

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Allhealth Trends ships to any street address, post office box or military address. Please be advised that Fed-Ex and UPS cannot ship to a P.O. box. Please provide a physical address along with your P.O. box to ensure the most efficient delivery possible. If a package is returned to us due to an inappropriate address and has to be reshipped the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.

We ship the same day order is received if received by 3:00 PM PST. Please allow 6-10 business days from order to arrive.

Please note: packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.

Note: Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Shipping Methods explained

US Ground - US Ground is the default shipping method in the cart. Your package may be shipped via USPS, Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. We reserve the right to choose the method on US Ground. If you prefer a specific carrier you have the option of choosing your shipment method and paying the actual shipping cost for that chosen method.

Below is the how we choose which method a package will be sent - and is subject to change at our discretion:

USPS - packages under 1 lb are shipped via USPS. All USPS packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation. This method may NOT have specific, day-by-day tracking capabilities. If the package is of high value the item may be insured at our expense. An insured parcel can be tracked by calling your local USPS and asking for it's whereabouts. We provide you with a USPS delivery confrmation number upon shipment of your item, if you have provided us with an email address. You may want to add sales@allhealthtrends.com to your trusted email recipients to avoid the mail from being sent to your spam folder. The system is automated.

FedEx or UPS - Packages 1 lb and above will be shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS ground to all 48 contiguous United States. This method provides you with the ability to track it's movement. Fed-Ex and UPS also provides an estimated delivery date. The map below estimates transit times. These times are not guaranteed.

Please note - we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for the US Ground option. Also please note that the above transit estimations are BUSINESS (Monday - Friday) days.

Expedited UPS Services: Expedited services such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select, Fedex Overnight, Fedex Priority are possible on business days only (Monday-Friday) and must be received by 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time in order to make the daily cutoff and be shipped the same day. If these options are available to you they will be displayed at the shopping cart. Please note we do not consider weekend days as delivery or transit days for expedited shipments, thus, a 2nd Day Air order placed by 2:00PM Pacific Time on a Thursday would be delivered the following Monday. Saturdays and Sunday are NOT to be calculated in the above delivery time frame, nor should you expect weekend delivery.

Signature required - we cannot ship orders officially designated as "no signature required". Please be advised that shipping carriers may reserve the right to deliver packages, especially unexpedited packages, without a signature, according to their policies and at their discretion.

Back Orders: In the rare event that a popular item is out-of-stock we will notify you immediately via email. Should your order contain multiple items we will ship the items we have on hand, unless we project a 1-2 day delay for the out of stock item

Special Considerations:

On a few liquid items, their weight requires a handling charge due to the higher cost of shipping those item. If this is the case, it will be noted on that product's web page and reflected in your cart as a handling fee. In these cases, the $4.95 Flat rate shipping Charge & "Free Shipping over $100" does NOT apply.

*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or US Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that orders to these destinations usually require additional shipping charges. We make every attempt to fit items in flat rate box, if items do not fit in flat rate box, we will contact you via email and or phone to get approval for additional charges.

From time to time we offer special promotions available at checkout. Special promotions not entered at time of checkout will not be refunded.
